\nAdditional Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 A three year NQF 6 qualification, majoring in one or more of the following: Forensic Science \/
\nInvestigation, Criminalistics, Police Science, Criminology, Police Administration, Police
\nManagement, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Law of Science, Mathematics, Statistics,
\nand Applied Mathematics will be an advantage.
\n\u2022 A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in the field of the post will be an advantage.<\/p>\n

Core Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Examine evidence or exhibits at crime scenes or in the laboratory for Fingerprints using the chemical
\nmethods
\n\u2022 Capture the outcome of processed evidence using digital capturing system
\n\u2022 Maintain facilities in terms of general laboratory practices
\n\u2022 Store and dispose exhibits according to laboratory prescripts
\n\u2022 Prepare final reports and affidavits on findings for court purposes<\/p>\n
