The Manager: Delivery and Change Management will be responsible for leading a team of personnel in order to manage the business infrastructure supporting the Bonds and Financial Derivatives division as well as the program management and implementation of new projects for the Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, IR Derivatives, Bonds and the Can Do product suite.<\/p>\n

The Manager: Delivery and Change Management services the Managers overseeing the Sales\/Relationships and Products\/Markets functional pillars in Bonds and Financial Derivatives as well as the Nautilus MAP business.
\nResponsibilities \/ Outputs Provide the leadership and thinking on how best to manage the business infrastructure supporting the Bonds and Financial Derivatives (BFD) Division.
\nTo lead the implementation of Programme Management disciplines in the implementation of new business projects in the BFD Division.
\nManage projects and change from the perspective of the Division through requirement analysis, software design, integration, testing, deployment and maintenance and liaison with JSE EPO.
\nProject management of implementation of new derivatives products, including the completion business requirement specifications (BRS), in conjunction with IT and Business Unit heads.
\nProactively manage the relationships with all relevant stakeholders within the JSE and external parties in conjunction with the relevant Business Heads;
\nLiaison between the operational teams in PTS and the BFD Division
\nLiaison with JSE EPO
\nExternal stakeholders
\nManagement of the Divisional content on the JSE website with input and guidance from the Business Heads, as well as the liaison with JSE web resources team to implement
\nWork closely with the Business Heads to document, evolve and optimize the functioning of the Division (people, process and technology).
\nManage the Change\/Delivery Team
\nManage performance of the team including recognition and reward, performance contracts, personal development plans, performance and salary reviews, disciplinary procedures, etc.
\nFrom the perspective of the Division, lead the strategy and implementation of key cross-Divisional projects in conjunction with the defined Business Owners from BFD;
\nThe ITaC project

\nDivisional financial and business reporting processes;
\nManage the divisional budget process including liaising with Finance and Business Unit heads in preparing the annual divisional budget pack.
\nManage the divisional management accounting reporting process including revenue and cost analysis
\nDivisional reporting framework
\nAccountable for the cost allocation model approved by Finance and Exco
\nGeneral office administration and PA support to the Divisional head
\nTeam member of all initiatives involving the Strategic development of the Bonds and Financial Derivatives Markets
\nParticipate at the BFD Management Committee and contribute to the Division\u2019s strategic objectives.

\nBuilding am framework to report on the appropriate metrics for the business, including financial and non-financial metrics, daily, weekly , monthly and annual as appropriate
\nIn respect of divisional website management

\nGrowing library of supporting collateral for the Division
\nIn respect of Team management
\nJob descriptions for each team member
\nJob grading and career ladder for each team position
\nAnnual performance agreements for each team member
\nAnnual and interim performance review for each team member
\nAnnual career and personal development plans for each team member
\nPerformance management if required
\nExperience
\nMinimum of an honour\u2019s degree, post graduate qualifications (CA, MBA, CFA) preferable
\n8-10 years\u2019 experience in financial and derivatives markets
\nKnowledge of the regulation of SA financial markets
\nIn-depth knowledge of derivatives products and the trading, operational support and clearing thereof in both South African and international markets.
\nIn-depth knowledge of JSE markets, products and services
\nIndustry and business knowledge
\nStrategy and business plan development
\nBudget techniques and principles
\nProject management qualification and\/or experience
\nKnowledge of planning methods and techniques
\nExperience in the use of project management software such as MS project or equivalent
\nExperience with collaborative\/group-work tools such as MS SharePoint
