Reporting to the Asset Manager (Ulwandle) within the Operations Division, your job will be to manage the Asset Manager\u2019s Office environment in relation to customers and stakeholders, and the facilities and service contracts for which the Asset Manager is responsible, provide a secretarial and administration service to the Asset Manager, and control the general compliance schedule.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities Will include, but not limited to<\/strong><\/p>\n * co-ordinating meetings, functions and workshops * facilitating communication through recording of minutes at meetings, typing of reports, general correspondence of the department and photocopying and faxing of documents * cost management * receive and welcome visitors * screening of calls and scheduling of appointments * the general day-to-day administration conducive to a busy office environment * continually seek to improve and develop work processes and standards * provide assistance where the need arises.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Minimum Qualification, Knowledge & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n The person we are looking for will have the ability to work independently * able to establish and maintain office records and filing system in an orderly and updated fashion * * have the ability to identify customer needs and provide a quality customer service * good written and verbal communication skills * be able to foresee problems and deal with them in a proactive manner * good planning and organising skills * a team player and a leader.
