Core Description<\/strong>
\nNational Retail Operations Manager is accountable for acquiring all training required to deliver the Core Selling Skills as an Account Manager. This is achieved by delivering excellence in the Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Shelving, Pricing and Merchandising) and building strong collaborative customer relationships.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong>
\nLearn all the Selling skills required to deliver again core selling skills
\nDevelop Category and Product knowledge to support sell to customers.
\nAcquire all the Sales Fundamentals Skills required to deliver the Core Selling Skills
\nDeliver with excellence Shopper Based Design (SBD) to build superior in-store presence in all customers in her\/his area
\nDevelop strong working relationships with key customer decision makers \u2013 Owners and Buyers
\nUnderstand in-depth customers\u2019 systems and Processes
\nImplement merchandising plans
\nUnderstand the process to reduce Out Of Stock
\nImplement Monthly Priorities as per the Key Account Managers Input to NRO.
\nTrack and timely communicate any Competitive activity and information
\nUse Basic Financial Acumen to sell in against Data
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
