To provide recruitment support to the Divisions by providing high levels of staffing services. Such support enables the Department to provide efficient and professional Recruitment Service to its customers and ensures the right people with the right skills are placed in roles.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n – Recruitment Coordination <\/p>\n Specific Outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n – Coordinate all recruitment activities for the division (including bursary and\/or graduate recruitment) <\/p>\n Education & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n – Relevant qualification <\/p>\n Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Knowledge and Experience:<\/strong> <\/p>\n Attributes:<\/strong> 1. \n– Administrative Service
\n– Assessment Coordination
\n– Talent Pool Coordination<\/p>\n
\n– Manage vacancy openings
\n– Identify and establish talent banks for proactive sourcing
\n– Collate, analyse and prepare recruitment statistics and reports for the division
\n– Maintain and manage recruitment database
\n– Coordinate recruitment campaigns for the division i.e. career fairs
\n– Coordinate assessments for the division
\n– Implement recruitment and selection projects for the division
\n– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
\n– Audit recruitment process for the division
\n– Manage and coordinate all recruitment activities for the division
\n– Ensure good customer focus by providing an efficient and professional service to the division
\n– Adhere to Service Level Agreements<\/p>\n
\n– Recruitment and Selection experience 2-3 years
\n– Resides around Durban( for the Refinery)<\/p>\n
\n– Knowledge and experience of recruitment and selection process
\n– Computer literacy with good database management
\n– Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\n– Understanding of relevant labour legislation (LRA, Employment Equity Act)
\n– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/p>\n
