Job Purpose:<\/strong> <\/p>\n Scope:<\/strong> <\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n -Support the Lead Business partner to add value to the commercial organisation while keeping in mind relevant risks and ensuring risk and opportunity are balanced at all times.<\/p>\n -Validate that all information coming back from Just Enough is accurate & in line with GSK\u2019s detailed requirements <\/p>\n Qualifications, Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n Completed B.Com<\/p>\n FMCG experience preferential<\/p>\n Advanced Microsoft Excel <\/p>\n Complexity:<\/strong> Independent Thinking:<\/strong> Responsibility:<\/strong> Annual Strategic Planning:<\/strong> <\/p>\n
\nProject manage, validate and expand on the existing Just Enough and ONE Reporting Tools Platforms.<\/p>\n
\n-Ensure that key deliverables for Just Enough are met within the prescribed time frames and are accurate through collaboration with sales, IT and Just Enough SA (Pty) Ltd
\n-Act as Super User of Just Enough and support the sales team with any queries they may have
\n-Expand the capabilities of Just Enough over and above the current scope in order to provide valueable feedback to the business
\n-Manage the ONE Reporting Tool and assist the Africa Finance Business Partner accordingly
\n-To provide financial support to the monthly forecasting processes as well as the annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
\n-To provide financial control and monthly analysis of actual results vs budgets and forecasts.<\/p>\n
\n– Ensure that Just Enough meets the deadlines set out by GSK
\n-Continuous feedback to the business regarding progress of Just Enough (IT, contracts, developments, quotation approvals, etc)
\n-Apply Commercial Acumen to expand on the current capabilities of Just Enough to provide value adding reports to the Commercial Business
\n-As Super User of Just Enough responsibilities will include: Training of new users; resolving queries of existing users; managing access of users
\n-Provide monthly commentary on Management Pack as required
\n-Liaison with Account Managers, Channel Heads and Sales Director to review and feedback on all reports, existing and future
\n-Prepare Gross to Net P&L on a monthly basis with feedback to Lead Business Partner
\n-Set up performance evaluation measures within Just Enough
\n-Implement controls between Just Enough and other programmes\/processes
\n-Ensure that other business units update Just Enough accordingly when standards are changed
\n-Ensure that trade spend loaded on Just Enough agrees back to signed Customer Trading Agreements
\n-Provide financial support to the Commercial Finance team as required
\n-Assistance with sales forecasting
\n-Compile reports on the ONE reporting tool in line the Commercial Business\u2019 needs
\n-Working on ad-hoc projects
\n-Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis for Africa\/EMEA Region
\n-Provide information and assist with internal and external audits.
\n-Ensure that there are SOPs\/knowledge documents to support the systems and processes
\n-Live the GSK values of integrity, transparency, customer first and respect<\/p>\n
\nCompetencies Knowledge:
\nAn understanding of how IT systems function, e.g. cubes, master data, functionality, etc<\/p>\n
\nThe role requires sounds commercial ability as well as working cross functionally and strict deadlines.<\/p>\n
\nThe role requires independent thinking and discussion with the various stakeholders across the business<\/p>\n
\nResponsible for the delivery of a vital business tool<\/p>\n
\nAssist with the planning process within the company with the other business partners and commercial business.<\/p>\n
