MAIN PURPOSE
\nTake full responsibility for installer stock and the asset management process as well as all controls that are applicable<\/p>\n
JOB OBJECTIVES
\nTo oversee, co-ordinate and manage the process of Requisitions and Purchase Orders
\nMaintain purchase order data
\nSend approved purchase orders to suppliers
\nTo oversee, co-ordinate and manage the process of receipting invoices in line with Finance process and requirements
\nReview and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
\nMaintain purchase order data
\nSend approved purchase orders to suppliers
\nWeekly order status reporting
\nTo perform detailed stock reconciliation (Cisco devices, Satellite and any other new product) to internal systems
\nTo provide support to VB Project Management team in respect of VB customer orders and contracts
\nTo liaise with all stakeholders to ensure proper financial and budgeting control are followed for all Vodacom Business orders
\nTo continuously improve and develop stores\/logistics processes and asset tracking practices within Vodacom Business
\nTo compile, track and maintain divisional budgets: Capital, Administration Overhead and Direct Expenditure
\nTo prepare expenditure forecasts of Managed Services divisions budgets: Capital, Administration Overhead and Direct Expenditure
\nTo compile Capital, Administration Overhead and Direct Expenditure reports, indicating and tracking expenditures and variances on a monthly basis and liaise with ME and EHODs to discuss discrepancies
\nTo assist with the implementation of proper financial, budgeting and asset management processes across Managed Services division and in line with Finance and Procurement requirements
\nNotify project managers of delays<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
\nMatric and a 3 Year Qualification in Commerce\/ Accountancy *essential*
\n3 \u2013 5 years commercial Financial processes and Procurement experience *essential*
\nExposure to a stock and asset management system would be an advantage<\/p>\n
