The Conversion Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and conversion related data across Loan Operations products, processes (inbound, outbound and fulfillment) and channels (digital and telephony) in an on-going effort to optimize sales, conversion and customer experience.<\/p>\n

\u2022 A Degree, or recognised qualification, in Data Analytics, Marketing, Customer Behaviour or related subjects.
\n\u2022 5+ years of relevant experience.
\nExperience 5 years relevant experience in the following:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Data Modeling and Analytics
\n\u2022 Direct \/ Digital Marketing
\n\u2022 Digital customer fulfillment processes.
\n\u2022 Customer behaviour
\n\u2022 Contact center operations
\n\u2022 Management Information, Analytics and Reporting technology
\n\u2022 Project Management
\n\u2022 Financial Services<\/p>\n

Duties & Roles <\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and conversion related data across Loan Operations products, processes (inbound, outbound and fulfillment) and channels (digital and telephony) in an on-going effort to optimize sales, conversion and customer experience.
\n\u2022 Conduct specific analytical studies, develop business process models, customer journey models and track key performance indictors related to these.
\n\u2022 Inform the acquisition (development or purchase) and usage of analytical tools, methodologies and business process models required to optimize sales, conversion and customer experience.
\n\u2022 Responsible for the optimization of customer related fulfillment messaging from a copy and timing perspective across channels.
\n\u2022 Work closely with the content and brand teams to ensure that the content of the messages fits with our brand communication strategy.
\n\u2022 Responsible for building of business cases related to optimization recommendations and will be required to brief other business divisions and act as the business owner for related projects where necessary.<\/p>\n
