The core purpose of this role is to coach mentor, guide, develop and lead a team to maximize operational efficiencies and ensure excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

\n– Matric qualification essential
\n– Fluency in English. 3rd Language advantageous
\n– Computer literacy is essential
\n– Ability to work on multiple systems simultaneously
\n– Knowledge of DA and Loans Processes – advantageous
\n– Ability to work shifts essential<\/p>\n
\n– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\n– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
\n– Good leadership and conflict management skills
\n– Good planning and organizing skills
\n– Ability to multi-task
\n– Good analytical skills<\/p>\n
\n– A minimum of 2 years Teamleader experience is essential<\/p>\n
\nDuties & Roles<\/strong>
\n\u2022Ensure communication to staff and management through meetings, team briefings and one-on one sessions
\n\u2022Analyze performance data to develop individual and team performance
\n\u2022Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance against targets
\n\u2022Monitor and provide feedback on team and individual\u2019s daily performance against set targets
\n\u2022Develop team and individual strengths and weaknesses through constant on-the-job coaching sessions and monthly MAP discussions
\n\u2022Identify training needs for the team\/individuals and actions their resolution
\n\u2022Maintain good discipline and time-keeping within the call centre
\n\u2022Interview and select new recruits
\n\u2022Analyze performance data to develop individual and team performance
\n\u2022Motivate and recognise performance in team and individuals in order to improve or maintain performance
\n\u2022Ensure all operational targets and service benchmarks is achieved<\/p>\n
