Three year tertiary qualification from recognized and accredited institutions in
\nthe following fields: Property Management, Real Estate; Town & Regional
\nPlanning, Commerce or qualification with any of the following as major subjects
\n(Level 3); Economics with Statistics, Property Law \/ Asset Management or
\nAccounting. Appropriate 1 to 2 years relevant experience in
\nProperty\/Accounting\/Immovable Asset Register Management, valid unendorsed
\ndrivers licence. Skills: Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to work under
\npressure and dead line driven. Computer literacy (MS Office) intermediate to
\nadvanced. Prioritizing and managing workflow and to be outcome orientated.
\nGood verbal and written communication skills.
\nDUTIES : General administrative responsibilities and functions to support the Project
\nManagement Office. Assist Project Managers with monitoring tasks during the
\nproject implementation phase. Assist with preparation of correspondence and
\nreports. Follow up with project team members on open issue logs and unresolved
\nproject tasks. Assist with coordinating various tasks as directed by the Project
\nManager\/PMO. Assist PMO and Property Managers with the vesting of State
\nland.
