\nREQUIREMENTS : Matric, NQF Level 4 or 5 in Management\/ Administration, NCV Level 4 in
\nManagement\/ Administration, qualification from recognized and accredited
\ninstitutions. Two (2) years working experience in Project \/ Programme
\nAdministration. Skills: Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to work under
\npressure and dead line driven. Advance computer literacy, MS Word and Excel.
\nGood verbal and Written Communication skills, Organising, Planning and Time
\nManagement Skills. Knowledge of Filing System Management and Knowledge of
\nFinancial Management.<\/p>\n
\nDUTIES :<\/p>\n
Provide practitioner support to all recruitment and appointment of Trainees.
\nAdministering payment of Services SETA and CETA Interns stipend. Provide
\nadministrative support for Induction and Life Skills workshops. Provide
\nadministrative to the Monitoring team. Consolidate Regional Offices reports to be
\nsubmitted to CETA and Services SETA. Consolidate Regional Trainees database
\nand submit to PSETA and DPSA. Provide updated National statistics of trainees.
\nProvide Secretarial to Joint Project Management Team.
