Job mission<\/strong>
\nCo-ordinating the provisioning process of prepaid sim cards and generation of input and output files for all smart cards in line with business plan requirements from the various Sales Channels.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

KPA duties<\/strong>
\nPlanning and Inventory Management\u2022 Ensuring adequate stock on hand levels of sim cards throughout the MTN SP supply chain\u2022 Input into the monthly forecasting processOperational Activities\u2022 Co-ordinate provisioning activities around sim cards\u2022 Generate input and output files for all smart cards\u2022 Monthly and ad hoc reporting as required by management\u2022 Co-ordinate the artwork approval with suppliers Processes and Procedures\u2022 Ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to at all times Quality Assurance\u2022 Monitor quality levels and rejection rates of sim cards\u2022 Ensure quality issues relating to sim cards are addressed with suppliersTechnical\u2022 Coordinate the PGP Key file exchange and ultimate use for logical orders with Channels\u2022 Monitor and administer provisioning of sim cards\u2022 Generate output files for onward distribution to suppliers\u2022 Ensure all input and output files are securely transferred to and from suppliersAfter sales support\u2022 Resolve customer related sim card queries<\/p>\n

 
\nEducational requirements<\/strong>
\nDegree or higher qualification in IT\u2022 Qualification through experience : More than 5 years in MTN environment, with proven track record:<\/p>\n

 
\nExperience required<\/strong>
\nWorking knowledge of MTN systems such as Oracle ERP, PPMS and Single View\u2022 Solid understanding of smart card technology\u2022 Thorough understanding of system elements and processes\u2022 Multi-dimensional Relationship management\u2022 Knowledge of telecommunication industry, MTN specifically\u2022 Knowledge of MTN processes and systems\u2022 At least 2 years\u2019 experience within a supply chain, preferably in telecoms and or smart card industry<\/p>\n

 
\nSkills required<\/strong>
