Senior Human Resource Practitioner: Collective Bargaining and Employee

\nRequirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 A recognised three year degree\/diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent related qualification OR Matric plus 2-3 years\u2019 experience;
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills, communication skills (writing and verbal);
\n\u2022 Knowledge and understanding of HRM legislation and regulatory framework;
\n\u2022 Ability to gather and analyse information.<\/p>\n

 
\nDuties:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 The successful candidate will be responsible for: Ensuring misconduct cases are
\nhandled promptly and effectively; Effective resolution of grievances;
\n\u2022 Providing advice to managers and coordinate training on Labour Relations matters;
\n\u2022 Providing Labour Relations support;
\n\u2022 Coordinating and giving technical support to the Departmental Bargaining Chamber.<\/p>\n
