Job Description<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Makes sure that all breakdowns are recorded and transferred to all relevant Artisans
\n\u2022 Checks that full breakdown process is completed in a normal working day
\n\u2022 Capture all signed-off Job cards and Breakdowns for that given day
\n\u2022 Reports all incomplete jobs in order for Maintenance Manager to find solutions timeously
\n\u2022 Capturing of all the departments breakdowns on a weekly basis
\n\u2022 Collects data from Maintenance Artisans to ascertain outstanding major faults and place on risk register
\n\u2022 Collecting of farm data for data bank and for the RADAR
\n\u2022 Plan and schedule normal work request during preventative maintenance period
\n\u2022 Provide maintenance expenditures as per department
\n\u2022 Make sure that the databank is up to date
\n\u2022 Performs general administration function which includes sending of faxes\/filing\/copying
\n\u2022 Compiles weekly report that reflects all breakdowns received and display the monthly stats in the databank
\n\u2022 Keep the maintenance RADAR up to date
\n\u2022 Obtains quotations from suppliers for any Maintenance requirements
\n\u2022 Keeps adequate record of vehicle licences to ensure that it is renewed within required time period
\n\u2022 Provides maintenance manager with overtime forecasts reflecting breakdowns received to ensure resource allocation Sites<\/p>\n

Maintenance operations<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Provide maintenance manager with overtime report reflecting breakdowns received to ensure resource allocation to sites.
\n\u2022 Receive all materials delivered to stores and store accordingly
\n\u2022 Assisting Artisans with their CARDEX systems in their departments
\n\u2022 Issue of stock and ensuring that stock levels is maintained<\/p>\n

 
\nMinimum Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Grade 12
\n\u2022 Minimum 3-5 years working experience preferably in a Maintenance environment
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s licence
\n\u2022 Attention to detail
\n\u2022 MUST be Assertive<\/p>\n
