\n\u2022 To also ensure successful delivery of the continuous improvement in Master Data, business partnering and the integrity of all Financial Reporting.
\n\u2022 Cluster Ownership for all Hyperion Financial Management and internal reporting
\n\u2022 Ensure Integrity in Numbers.

\n\u2022 Provide analytical business support
\n\u2022 Drive continuous Improvement (including further consolidation, centralization, migration of tasks as needed)
\n\u2022 Ensure \u201cNo Surprises\u201d and \u201c1 set of numbers\u201d in the financial reporting of business activity
\n\u2022 Oversee the cluster reporting, budgeting, and Financial Year End requirements
\n\u2022 Manage the External Audit relationship
\n\u2022 Effective management of stakeholders
\n\u2022 Job Costing Analysis: Assess Low margin jobs and non profitable jobs. Advise pro active improvement measure and drive implementation.
\n\u2022 \u201cBook of Business\u201d improvement \u2013 most profitable business pursued
\n\u2022 Establish & maintain Credible Controls in Reporting
\n\u2022 Detention & Demurrage cost management improvement
\n\u2022 Revenue leakage prevention \u2013 ensure increasingly more revenue opportunities are captured
\n\u2022 Fraud prevention; cooperate with Global Service Center & Regional Control Assurance teams to minimize risk
\n\u2022 Establish & maintain \u201cclean\u201d Master Data Management processes & database; Ensure that strong internal control procedures related to master data and business performance reporting are established and maintained throughout the cluster, in close coordination with Centre
\n\u2022 One Damco (Unity, etc) Support
\n\u2022 Develop and \u201csell\u201d convincing tools, reporting and data, that will inspire old ways being changed by qualitative superiority and parallel Change Management.
\n\u2022 In co-ordination with functional Management, secure that agreed tools are anchored and opportunities relentlessly pursued and assigned owners continuously being held accountable.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Operational financial management; particularly job costing and risk management (3 \u2013 5 Years)
