SALARY: R 212 106 \u2013 R 249 849 00. per annum. The successful
\ncandidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
\nREQUIREMENTS:
\n\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification;
\n\uf0b7 Two years\u2019 experience in Administration;
\n\uf0b7 A valid code B drivers\u2019 license.
\nSkills and Competencies:
\n\uf0b7 Computer literacy (MS Office);
\n\uf0b7 Good interpersonal skills;
\n\uf0b7 Ability to work under pressure;
\n\uf0b7 Attention to detail;
\n\uf0b7 Experience in Court Administration will serve as an added advantage;<\/p>\n
\nDUTIES:
\n\uf0b7 Supervisor of the Clerks in Court (clerk of court, finance, procurement,
\nfamily court and administration);
\n\uf0b7 Checking the work done in the Civil and Criminal Courts;
\n\uf0b7 Checking the work done in finance section (MMT through JDAS and
\nVote Account);
\n\uf0b7 Reconcile Witness Fees, and MMT;
\n\uf0b7 Monitor and control the capturing of cases through E-Scheduler;
\n\uf0b7 Checking work done in Registry, Estates, Family court; and
\nProvisioning;
\n\uf0b7 Manage the Performance Management System in the Office;
\n\uf0b7 Compile statistics to indicate performance and trends;
\n\uf0b7 Manage finances at offices by complying with PFMA, DFI, and other
\ninstructions issued from time to time by CFO;
\n\uf0b7 Manage and develop human resources by maintaining discipline and
\nresolving complaints and grievances;
\n\uf0b7 Supervise administrative staff on a daily basis;
\n\uf0b7 Co- ordinate and manage the financial and human resources of the
\nOffice.<\/p>\n
