SALARY: R96 363 \u2013 R113 511 per annum. The successful
\ncandidate will be required to sign a performance
\nagreement.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:
\n\uf0b7 Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
\n\uf0b7 Relevant working experience in Library;
\n\uf0b7 General knowledge of a legal library will be an advantage.
\n <\/p>\n
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
\n\uf0b7 Good communication skills (verbal and written);
\n\uf0b7 Computer literacy;
\n\uf0b7 Interpersonal relations;
\n\uf0b7 Ability to work under pressure;
\n\uf0b7 Customer orientation;
\n\uf0b7 Research and planning skills.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
\n\uf0b7 Maintain relevant registers in the library and handle inquiries;
\n\uf0b7 Render library administrative functions;
\n\uf0b7 Ensure renewal notice for Government Gazette is submitted to
\nProcurement Section for payments and filing;
\n\uf0b7 Classify all publications; (in-house classification systems) and pack
\npublications on the shelves;
\n\uf0b7 Assist with annual library stock taking and take minutes in all library
\ncommittee meeting;
\n\uf0b7 Ensure publications are ordered.<\/p>\n
