{"id":16056,"date":"2013-12-10T12:26:02","date_gmt":"2013-12-10T10:26:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=16056"},"modified":"2016-11-22T11:47:02","modified_gmt":"2016-11-22T09:47:02","slug":"call-center-agents-at-rcl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/call-center-agents-at-rcl.html","title":{"rendered":"Call Center Agents at RCL (2 Vacancies)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities<br \/>\nInbound\/Outbound Sales Order Processing<br \/>\nCapture orders accurately for assigned customers (correct orders and dates) within the requisite time.<br \/>\nRead back orders and confirm each line and reference number.<br \/>\nProcess and email add-on\u2019s and JIT products before the cut off time.<br \/>\nEnsure the completed detailed activities are captured in CRM.<br \/>\nEnsure no orders are mailed through by COB to CCF.<br \/>\nProvide the call lists to the customer care facilitator for completion and signature at the end of the day.<br \/>\nAdministration and Protocol Compliance<br \/>\nRun and check VAO5, futuristic orders, duplications, completed call lists, open activity reports on a daily basis.<br \/>\nInform customers of load exceptions and dropped stock.<br \/>\nRebook the DSL and short deliveries.<br \/>\nUpdate the customer base, call lists and activities on a continuous basis and email the information to superiors.<br \/>\nAdvise the customer care facilitator of complaints logged by customers.<br \/>\nEnsure that the work station is organised and orders are filed daily.<br \/>\nAdminister pick up slips.<br \/>\nCommunication<br \/>\nEnsure clear communication to respective depot staff on all add-on\u2019s, special deliveries and short\/incorrect deliveries.<br \/>\nCommunicate with respective PSC\u2019s on stock outs and amendments.<br \/>\nLiaise and follow up with delivery queries (i.e. delivery times, late deliveries and delayed\/broken down trucks).<br \/>\nAssist customer representatives with store queries.<br \/>\nAdvise respective parties of problematic customers and provide assistance in finding resolution to issues.<br \/>\nTeam Coordination<br \/>\nTake ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning, prioritising and self-development.<br \/>\nFollow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately maintained.<br \/>\nInform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriate resolution.<br \/>\nSupport and drive the business core values.<br \/>\nManage colleagues and clients\u2019 expectations and communicate appropriately.<br \/>\nDemonstrate willingness to help others and \u201cgo the extra mile\u201d to meet team targets and objectives.<br \/>\nChampion training and development of self and others through utilising available training opportunities or contributing to the development of new training solutions relating to product costing in collaboration with national training specialists.<br \/>\nParticipate in and drive regular performance appraisals and ensure that own targets and goals are clear and achievable.<br \/>\nMaintain a basic appreciation and awareness of employee relations climate and ensure corrective action is taken where required in line with relevant legislation and company policy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Matric \/ Grade 12<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rcl.erecruit.co.za\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/061213-6\/Call_Centre_Agent\">Click here for position in BedfordView<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rcl.erecruit.co.za\/candidateapp\/Jobs\/View\/061213-3\/Call_Centre_Agent\">Click here for position in\u00a0Roodepoort<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities Inbound\/Outbound Sales Order Processing Capture orders accurately for assigned customers (correct orders and dates) within the requisite time.
