Outputs<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Download and save invoices from the Accredited Travel Agencies to the relevant sharedrives. \u2022 Sound Vortalgo and Vortalbuy invoicing module knowledge <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Check and match invoices on the VortalGo system to the correct purchase orders in the Vortalbuy system.
\n\u2022 Extract and classify Invoicing and Credit Note queries for escalation and resolution.
\n\u2022 Prepare upload schedules for reconciliation of monthly payment schedule which must be sent to POSA.
\n\u2022 Ensure that deadlines are met for timeous handover and payment.
\n\u2022 Strict adherence to POSA timelines and deliverables<\/p>\n
\nEducation & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Travel industry experience
\n\u2022 Galileo experience (advantageous)
\n\u2022 Understanding of airline rules and billing
\n\u2022 Knowledge of POSA Member Facilities policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software tools
\n\u2022 Procurement \/ ERP understanding and knowledge
\n\u2022 Studying towards or in possession of an accredited Accounting qualification<\/p>\n
