We are looking for highly talented young graduates to join a one (1) year programme with the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why join our GDP<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Training and development<\/li>\n<li>Rotation programme<\/li>\n<li>Formalised mentor program<\/li>\n<li>Career guidance and planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our strategy is to build a young talent pipeline which we\u00a0can develop and retain as future leaders. This is our investment in people development as part of talent management. PPS is committed to training and development of young people, and contributing to reducing unemployment in the country.\u00a0 The 2012 programme was a big success and all the graduates have been employed permanently in the business. We are proud to see them flourish and contribute positively to the organisation. This programme forms part of our development plans for staff as well as our transformation objectives.<\/p>\n<p>The GDP is targeted at unemployed learners from previously disadvantaged communities. The programme provides the learners with work experience and soft skills training.
