The appointed trainees will report to Team Leaders and will be appointed on a 3-year \ufb01xed-term contract.<\/p>\n<p><b>During training, appointed candidates will be trained in the following disciplines:<\/b>\u00a0\u25cf Process training on the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting of all converting machinery viz: corewinders, rewinders, Sincro, Uno, Siemens programmes and associated packaging equipment \u25cf Safe operation of all converting machinery and associated services equipment,\u00a0 such as compressors, air driers \u25cf Basic handtools training as\u00a0 required for a Fitter and Turner artisan quali\ufb01cation \u25cf Handling\u00a0 breakdown and down times ef\ufb01ciently \u25cf Quality training related\u00a0 to a converting environment \u25cf Assessments for competence at\u00a0 a modular level on all converting machinery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE ESSENTIAL:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N5\/N6\/Diploma\/B.
