Position Description\u00a0<\/strong>
\nResponsibilities:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Each will manage 8-13 FE\u2019s
\n\u2022 Recruiting of both experienced FE\u2019s and college graduates
\n\u2022 Monitoring training and development of FE\u2019s
\n\u2022 Assist with various training programs \u2013 classroom, lab, field
\n\u2022 Assign all survey work in their designated region (using AIG FE\u2019s and vendors)
\n\u2022 Manage workflow \u2013 survey due dates, report turnaround, productivity and efficiency
\n\u2022 Constantly improve work product quality through review and feedback\/training
\n\u2022 Build strong cooperative relationships (both personal and team) with Zonal Engineering Managers (ZEM\u2019s) and Account Engineers (AE\u2019s) to form an extended team.
\n\u2022 Provide assistance to AE\u2019s where needed. \u00a0This could include, but not be limited to, creation or review of Service Plans.
\n\u2022 Assist other areas of the business as needed
\n\u2022 Complete survey work as needed<\/p>\n

Position Requirements\u00a0<\/strong>
\nQualifications:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 10+ years in Property Loss Prevention (HPR or Energy preferred)
\n\u2022 Previous management experience preferred but not required
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills
\n\u2022 Excellent team building team \u2013 both direct reports and extended team (ZEM\u2019s, AE\u2019s and other Field Engineering Team Managers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
