\nBuilds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.<\/p>\n
\nPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
\n\u2022Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
\n\u2022Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
\n\u2022Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
\n\u2022Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
\n\u2022Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
\n\u2022Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to Powerpoint)
\n\u2022Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
\n\u2022Overseeing the development of marketing literature
\n\u2022Writing reports
\n\u2022Providing management with feedback
\n\u2022Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Ensure adherence to audit requirements
