Job Description<\/strong> Capturing all data for training interventions<\/p>\n Capturing data for all apprenticeships and skills programs presented<\/p>\n Monitoring statutory training requirements<\/p>\n Submitting all correspondence for trainee registrations, progress and reports to the CHIETA<\/p>\n Submitting regular updates to the CHIETA on trainee progress<\/p>\n Maintaining records and filing to ISO standards for audit purposes<\/p>\n Compiling and co-ordinating all correspondence for trainee recruitments<\/p>\n Assisting in compilation of workplace skills plan and annual training report<\/p>\n Compiling reports as required<\/p>\n Assisting with general administration work with HR Job Requirements<\/strong> Computer literacy in MS Office with proficiency in Excel<\/p>\n Proficiency in written and spoken English<\/p>\n Accuracy and attention to detail<\/p>\n Good planning and organizing skills<\/p>\n Be methodical and systematic in system approach<\/p>\n Must have a valid driver’s license<\/p>\n Date Needed By 1\/2\/2014<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
