\nTo provide more routine hardware service, or ‘remote’ diagnostic activities under close supervision<\/p>\n
\nBe aware of changes in clients strategic objectives and ICT requirements
\nTake cognisance of ITIL compliance requirements
\nUnderstand the change in the service model to a services on demand in BCX model
\nAnalyse client needs and advise on certain solutions in conjunction with the relevant BCX competencies<\/p>\n

\nEnsuring that a professional, personalised message is recorded on their cell phone and landline
\nEnsuring that the message facility is activated when you are unavailable to take calls
\nRegularly checking for new messages
