Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Diary and e-mail management<\/p>\n Meeting, function, conference arrangements<\/p>\n Travel arrangements<\/p>\n Office and telephone administration<\/p>\n Administration of service requests<\/p>\n Manage client information database<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Additional administrative duties include :<\/strong><\/p>\n Activity and budget controls<\/p>\n Coordinate and collate feedback and reporting<\/p>\n Ad Hoc support to OM<\/p>\n E2F Actions<\/p>\n Co-ordinate all purchases<\/p>\n Regional recoveries<\/p>\n Budget control<\/p>\n Book month closure<\/p>\n Support with budget projections<\/p>\n Courier services<\/p>\n Power point presentations<\/p>\n Complaints register<\/p>\n Stationary<\/p>\n Filing<\/p>\n Follow up actions<\/p>\n Daily monitoring of productivity vs. affectivity<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n Matric <\/p>\n A minimum of 2 years administrative experience<\/p>\n Experience within the financial services industry would be an advantage Knowledge and experience of business processes<\/p>\n Computer literacy (MS Office, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint etc)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Competencies<\/p>\n Planning and organising<\/p>\n Adaptability<\/p>\n Building and maintaining relationships<\/p>\n Information gathering<\/p>\n Problem solving<\/p>\n Results driven<\/p>\n Continuous learning<\/p>\n Treating Customers Fairly<\/p>\n
