{"id":16282,"date":"2014-01-07T12:12:32","date_gmt":"2014-01-07T10:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=16282"},"modified":"2014-01-07T06:54:27","modified_gmt":"2014-01-07T04:54:27","slug":"sanlam-vacancies-for-development-specialist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/sanlam-vacancies-for-development-specialist.html","title":{"rendered":"Sanlam Vacancies for Development Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role focuses on formal training, coaching, developing, supervising and performance managing an own portfolio of financial advisers during the secondary phase of their vesting (months 9 \u2013 20 of their employ) ensuring they are retained, competent and productive as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role focuses on:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Activity, productivity and performance management of financial advisers to ensure that the required controls and processes are in place for newly appointed finacial advisers to function effectively.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitate financial advisers&#8217; formal training &amp; vesting by formulating a customised Training path for each financial adviser based on their prior experience\/knowledge\/skills as well as the learning outcomes following FP1<\/p>\n<p>Perform supplementary on-the-job training with financial advisers on aspects of their function as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S.net \/ SanfinWork Systems- Investor, Sanquote, Autonub, Officequote, Linkquote, Alpha Client, Spotlight, Santax, Santrust, Maestro, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Leads generation and utilization of the database<\/p>\n<p>Products and Legal Technical<\/p>\n<p>Compliance and legislative processes<br \/>\n4.
