Main Purpose
\nTo accurately receive, return and replenish stock in accordance with the agreed performance and SLA’s with the Warehouse.<\/p>\n
JOB OBJECTIVES
\nInbound Functions<\/p>\n
Receiving stock , return stock , stock control, replenishment
\nReverse Logistics
\nTo accurately return stock as per SLA<\/p>\n
Inventory Functions<\/p>\n
Ensure that daily cyclical stock takes are performed.
\nAttend and resolve all audit reports issues daily.
\nMake sure that all discrepancies on the variance report are resolved daily.
\nTo perform quarterly stock taking<\/p>\n
Housekeeping<\/p>\n
Ensure all stock received are stored in a correct locations.
\nAll pallet received are labelled correctly.
\nEnsure that all pallets in the ware house meet the specified height and width requirements<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
Ensure that all the purchase orders are captured and filled accurately.
\nEnsure that all the returns documentation are filled and captured accurately<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS
\nJOB KNOWLEDGE:
\nKnowledge of Telecommunication industry
\nWorking knowledge of Health and Safety processes and requirements.
\nMicrosoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
\nKnowledge of TQM exposure<\/p>\n

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
\nMatric is essential
\nRelevant 1-2 Years Diploma\/Certificate NQF Level 5 (Logistics\/ Warehousing Qualification) (desirable).
\n1-2 years\u2019 experience in a Logistics\/Warehouse\/FMCG Environment – essential
