OBJECTIVES
\nTo arrange and facilitate weekly work order meetings in order to ensure that regional roll-out projects are done timeously and according to specifications and standards.
\nTo liaise with different role players (planning, maintenance, installations and other regions, stores, etc) to ensure projects are completed according to set schedules and within
\nbudgets.
\nTo compile the budget for proposed projects initially as well as the revisions thereof and ensuring that projects are evaluated on their Return on Investment of the company (ROI)
\nTo conduct monthly supplier project team meetings to ensure progress of projects to schedule and set requirements.
\nTo compile a scope of work and a bill of materials for individual projects in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as set standards in the industry.
\nTo conduct the acceptance procedures of projects, ensuring that all work was done in accordance with quotes and requests provided, as well as to set company standards.
\nTo ensure data integrity on all databases in order to track progress on projects, as well as to report monthly on all aspects within the Project management environment (Local PO\u2019s, foreign PO\u2019s, stats, values, etc.)<\/p>\n
