MAIN PURPOSE
\nTo facilitate & co-ordinate the installation, stock delivery & activation of Least Cost Routers, Direct Connect & converged applications and to ensure that the required documentation is received and that the stipulated evaluations have been completed in accordance with policies and procedures.
\nTo evaluate and process supplier invoicing in accordance with existing supplier contracts and arrange payment to suppliers.
\nTo receive and evaluate alert notifications from the monitoring system and ensure resolution within specified time frames in accordance with policies and procedures.
\nTo facilitate & co-ordinate new applications for APN\u2019s as well as maintenance requests on existing APN\u2019s.
\nTo facilitate & co-ordinate customer requests for PTT & Bulk SMS
\nAdminister requests\/queries rec\u2019d from corporate clients via email, fax & SRM within specified SLA\u2019s & TAT.
\nThe ability to reconcile accounts re GSM and Data queries and origination of credit notes
\nUnderstanding of all systems in order to activate VAS, migrations, transfers, updates to bank details and subscriber details.
\nCapturing of bulk requests for corporate clients & management of the bulk system.
\nTo communicate in a professional manner (verbally & written) to corporate customers & to provide solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.
\nTo keep updated on products & processes.<\/p>\n

\n3 years administration experience within the Corporate & Telecommunications industry.<\/p>\n
