Drives the Cloud pursuits end to end in the Geography & Segment she\/he is in charge<\/p>\n
Align with all sales rep in her\/his accounts to ensure Cloud is included in the strategic plans: GA, C&P, SMB, SP<\/p>\n
Masters Consultative selling, CXO relationship, end to end Value selling including CDW, CIO workshops, Cloud Use Cases frameworks along with associated TCO\/ROI\/Financial business acumen.<\/p>\n
Work with the Enterprise Group, Software, Enterprise Services sales forces, drives the pursuit with the support of the CTO and Presales organization.<\/p>\n
Ensure deals progress and regular reviews including from early stage cross BU pricing.<\/p>\n
Is responsible for her\/his accounts of the Customer attendance to HP Cloud events<\/p>\n
Use Cloud Centre Of Excellence and others central cross BU presales resources for deal engagement<\/p>\n
Leverage the comprehensive Ecosystem for deal success, including Channel partners (mainly CloudBuilder certified ones), Cloud Agile partners, Analysts, System Integrators, Software Vendors.<\/p>\n
Share with her\/his pairs best practices, develop Team Thought Leadership<\/p>\n

Key job skills & profile requirements:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\nFirst level University Degree<\/p>\n
8+ years of consultative sales experience in a relevant position<\/p>\n
Deep Knowledge of HP Converged Cloud offering, private, managed, public, hybrid.<\/p>\n
Open Technology for Cloud knowledge that will be key for launching both openstack based cloud and hybrid one<\/p>\n
Major experience in driving cloud pursuits<\/p>\n
Master business acumen, ROI, TCO<\/p>\n
Very good experience and knowledge of one Vertical at least<\/p>\n
Partnership experience in Cloud that will be very interesting for Partners, System Integrators and Software Vendors engagements<\/p>\n
Understanding of Competitors\u2019s private and public Cloud offering is a plus<\/div>\n
Knowledge of local Private and Public Cloud market and experience in that market of no less than 3 years<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Qualifications<\/b><\/div>\nEducation & Qualifications:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Bachelor of Science) Masters a plus<\/div>\n
Basic Understanding of Finance and background in financial deal structuring a plus<\/div>\n
Good presentation and communication skills<\/div>\n
Self-starter and motivated<\/div>\n
Ability to manage conflict and reach consensus in order to present a OneHP face and solution to prospects.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
