The main focus will be to provide general contract administration service and support to the Group Legal Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LLB Degree<\/li>\n<li>Some work experience within a corporate and\/or related environmentv preferred<\/li>\n<li>Some knowledge of Insurance legislation and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Contract management and drafting<\/li>\n<li>Interpretation of legislation<br \/>\nBusiness acumen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specification\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct contract administration in relation to all current legal contracts in place<\/li>\n<li>Review the current contracts to identify, review, accurately index and record, comments on, coordinate follow-up actions and sign off all contracts to ensure an up-to-date relevant contract repository and database<\/li>\n<li>Where directed provide appropriate legal research and interpretation in support of the legal advisors<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and provide comment on contracts to the legal team<\/li>\n<li>Review and comment on policy documents<\/li>\n<li>Support the legal team in the preparation of business reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/careers.hollard.co.za\/index.php?s=advert_view&amp;g=6705&amp;x=2826125&amp;i=225&amp;pop=1\" target=\"_blank\">AClick here to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Parktown<br \/>\n<strong>Closing Date:<\/strong>\u00a031 January 2014<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction\u2026 The Group Legal Team at Hollard is offering an exciting new opportunity for a recent LLB graduate, in a 1(one) year Legal Internship.
