KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\uf0b7 Determine housing needs to comply to the housing need in the community, By
\nconducting housing needs surveys; by consulting the national census figures.
\n\uf0b7 Activate housing delivery planning processes to ensure housing is timeously planned
\nand delivered, By consulting council\u2019s spatial and land use section to ensure
\nadequate and timeously planning and land provision for the housing delivery
\nprocess; By communicating regularly with the spatial and land use section usage
\nsection for confirmation that the planning for housing delivery is being done and will
\nnot delay the housing delivery process; By contributing input on the housing delivery
\nco-ordinating team to ensure effective and efficient management and housing
\nservice delivery.
\n\uf0b7 Prepare draft budget for housing section to ensure the effective and efficient provision of funds for the next financial year, by: Collect input from subordinates,
\nFinance and consult previous year\u2019s budget; Prepare draft budget.
\n\uf0b7 Housing management for efficiency and effectiveness of the housing function as a
\nwhole, by; Responsible for site and housing allocation to beneficiaries \/ deserving
\npersons by letting people complete prescribed municipal application documents and
\nsend it to Finance Department and Council\u2019s Conveyancers for implementation ;
\nPrepare items, reports, statistics and advertisements to the Manager
\n\uf0b7 Lead and direct all Rural Development initiatives from all spheres of Government<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n\uf0b7 B Admin degree \/ Municipal Diploma NQF level 5
\n\uf0b7 Minimum 3 relevant years
\n\uf0b7 Advanced knowledge is required to keep in trend with Local Govt. matters and
\nparticularly legislation
\n\uf0b7 Code B driver\u2019s licence
\n\uf0b7 Computer literacy
\n\uf0b7 Good interpersonal skills; Negotiation skills and Communication skills<\/p>\n
