Handle building plans and scrutinise before approval thereof by the Executive Manager.
\nEnsure that the municipality complies with Town Planning Regulations and Guidelines.
\nHandle all land use applications for the change of use to ensure the correct changing as per
\nthe application. Updating zoning maps and plans. Changing and rectifying new site
\nboundaries. Interact with all stakeholders to ensure that all administrative and legal
\nresponsibilities are met. Execute land use audits and compile reports as is required by law.
\nCORE MANAGERIAL AND OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCIES:
\nPolicy Development Skills, Good report writing skills, thorough knowledge of Municipal
\nPlanning work and Good Project Management Skills.<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:
\n\uf0b7 Grade 12 Certificate; National Diploma\/B-Tech Town Planning
\n\uf0b7 5 years relevant experience.
\n\uf0b7 Drivers Licence.
\n\uf0b7 Computer Competency.<\/p>\n
BASIC SALARY: R259 548.00 \u2013 R279 504.00 (POST LEVEL 4)<\/p>\n
