KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
\n\uf0b7 Plan, coordinate and manage the activities of the Division associated with the
\ndelivery of revenue services to the municipality.
\n\uf0b7 Analyse activities, information in terms of service delivery and needs of internal
\ncustomers and other statistics and perform physical observation and inspections to
\nidentify trends and needs for new or revised services.
\n\uf0b7 Perform revenue related activities to ensure the accurate recording of information
\nregarding revenue management.
\n\uf0b7 Develop and ensure the implementation of the Credit Control Policy and that all
\ndebtor accounts are promptly rendered and outstanding monies collected in good
\ntime.
\n\uf0b7 Coordinate and control the various internal functions and activities to ensure timely
\nand proper collection of all income due to Council.
\n\uf0b7 Ensure that all administrative matters, correspondence and complex enquiries are
\nattended to promptly.
\n\uf0b7 Compile financial statistical information \/ reports relating to income collection for
\nmunicipal services to Management, Council and all relevant authorities.
\n\uf0b7 Develop and monitor systems, policies, procedures and processes relating to
\nrevenue, credit control, and debt collection to ensure correct working operations
\nand practices.
\n\uf0b7 Perform human resources and administrative activities relating to the Revenue\u00a0Division.<\/p>\n

\n\uf0b7 Management and Supervisory Skills
