{"id":16463,"date":"2014-01-24T12:52:10","date_gmt":"2014-01-24T10:52:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=16463"},"modified":"2014-01-24T12:52:10","modified_gmt":"2014-01-24T10:52:10","slug":"nedbank-recruits-relationship-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/nedbank-recruits-relationship-manager.html","title":{"rendered":"Nedbank Recruits Relationship Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Nedbank Sub Division Cluster<\/div>\n<p>Property and Asset Finance<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>FAIS Affected: No<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Location: Clocktower Building, V&amp;A Waterfront<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>To source new commercial Property Finance transactions, ensure that existing Property Finance clients are maintained, and consequently that relationship-based business potential is optimised ensuring that maximum profitability \/ return is derived for the Bank.\u00a0 To ensure that Nedbank Property Finance remains the dominant player in the Property Finance market through innovative deal making and product structuring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Key Performance Areas:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>Financial Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve and \/ or exceed financial targets by effective acquisition of commercial and industrial property finance deals and management of the book \/ portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Acquisition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with clients, property brokers, estate agents and any other deal referral channels \/ agents within region and initiate new business with them.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously look for creative approaches to put deals on the book.<\/li>\n<li>Have adequate insight into financing instruments to create deals.<\/li>\n<li>Go out of the way (but with risk management related parameters) to ensure that deals are booked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Retention<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain existing relationship with established Clients within Region, retaining and optimising existing business opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><strong>Client Satisfaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add value in dealing with clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide internal and external client satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence in dealing with client queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compliance \/ Risk Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify inherent and potential risk in the property market within the region.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate and mitigate the credit risk embedded within the environment and deals, to derive the maximum risk and return situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cross Sell<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities within different divisions of Nedbank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Essential Qualifications:<\/div>\n<p>Tertiary qualification e.g. B.
