Job Purpose:
\nTo Facilitate the execution of enterprise risk management (ERM), compliance management processes and infrastructure projects as key to the achievement of organizational objectives.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
Coordinate the Risk Compliance framework implementation to all divisions within SABS:
\n\u2022 Establish and communicate the organization\u2019s Risk and Compliance Management objectives and direction.
\n\u2022 Maintain linkages between Compliance Management framework and the strategy.
\n\u2022 Ensure proper integration of risk and compliance management into the organizational strategy and practices.<\/p>\n
Ensure continuous improvement for SABS and monitor compliance to relevant legislation:
\n\u2022 Develop the risk and compliance mitigation strategies for the SABS compliance to the Act and related legislation.
\n\u2022 Continuously monitor and review strategies to mitigate risk and the development of contingency plans where necessary.
\n\u2022 Establish, maintain and ensure continuous improvement of risk and compliance management capabilities across SABS.<\/p>\n
Maintain regular updates on policies and procedures in line with the SABS regulations and Processes:
\n\u2022 Discharge the responsibility to ensure compliance with any statutory or regulatory requirements for the SABS.
\n\u2022 Ensure that the SABS complies with all the Acts and regulations.
\n\u2022 Conduct continuous monitoring of processes to enable effective annual review of risk and compliance management.
\n\u2022 Ensure implementation of effective risk and compliance management practices.<\/p>\n
Roll-out the Risk Management Plans and Records Management framework to all divisions within SABS:
\n\u2022 Establish, maintain and ensure continuous improvement of records management capabilities across SABS.
\n\u2022 Ensure that the SABS complies with compliance planning as the best practice and discipline.<\/p>\n
Create awareness on the application of the Risk and Compliance software tool:
\n\u2022 Create awareness of compliance management across the organization.
\n\u2022 Conduct management education and training from time to time.
\n\u2022 Facilitate the use of appropriate methodologies, tools and technique.<\/p>\n
Optimize own performance within the team:
\n\u2022 Participate as a productive team member.
\n\u2022 Manage own performance in order to meet departmental objectives.
\n\u2022 Contribute to diversity management initiatives and build business relationships.
\n\u2022 Seek guidance and mentorship from more experienced team members where necessary.<\/p>\n

Qualifications And Experience:
\n\u2022 Degree or National Diploma in related field
\n\u2022 Minimum 4 years\u2019 experience in risk and compliance or internal audit and records management function
\n\u2022 Computer literate (MS Office Suite including Access, Internet and other related programme
\n\u2022 Knowledge of compliance software and tools
\n\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
