JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
To provide a comprehensive talent acquisition function and service to the corporation. These involves workforce planning, sourcing of candidates, advertising of vacancies, conducting competency-based interviews and assessments as well as recommend candidates for appointment. \u2022 Manage recruitment channels and liaise with agencies, including career fairs and universities (if & where required) <\/p>\n JOB COMPETENCIES<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent written and interpersonal skills <\/p>\n Job Requirements Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Psychology <\/p>\n SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE<\/p>\n \u2022 Knowledge and implementation of all employment legislation <\/p>\n
\nKey Roles & Responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Work with line managers in planning and implementing recruitment activities to generate most effective and cost efficient hiring solutions
\n\u2022 Network with external stakeholders with the purpose to build a Talent Pool for the Corporation
\n\u2022 Develop agreed resourcing and recruitment service levels with the business unit
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing the company\u2019s exposure to adverse outcomes of complaints, litigation, audits and inspections
\n\u2022 Source diverse and qualified candidates through various means including direct sourcing, industry networking, internet, internal recruitment database, employee referrals, as well as appropriate trade and industry organizations.
\n\u2022 Maintain all new job descriptions
\n\u2022 To ensure on-going and effective communication with stakeholders
\n\u2022 Maintain a detailed understanding of \u201crecruitment and talent acquisition best practice\u201d initiatives in HR
\n\u2022 Develop position profile, interview, selection, and matching templates
\n\u2022 Establish recruiting effectiveness and recruiting performance matrics e.g., recruit cycle time, cost etc.
\n\u2022 Conduct assessments as required and provide feedback to line managers through most appropriate mediums
\n\u2022 Conduct the recruitment and appointment process in the most cost effective way
\n\u2022 Participate in HC Business Partnering projects that may be allocated from time to time
\n\u2022 Review and manage effective talent acquisition reporting information for the portfolio allocated
\n\u2022 Guide and support the talent acquisition administrator in the delivery of recruitment outcomes<\/p>\n

\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n
\nRegistration as a Psychometrist with HPCSA will be advantageous
\n\u2022 3 \u2013 5 years Corporate Recruitment Experience in a fast paced environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Knowledge of resourcing channels
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
\n\u2022 Practical knowledge of the SAP system
\n\u2022 Proven Head Hunting experience
\n\u2022 Knowledge and training in Job evaluation and role profiling
\n\u2022 Trained in Competency-based interview
\n\u2022 Trained in Psychometric assessment administration and provision of feedback<\/p>\n
