IDC: Industrial Development Corporation Recruits Legal Advisers<\/p>\n
A permanent position exists for a Legal Advisor X2 in the Legal and Finance International Services Division of IDC.
\nThe position incumbent will report to the Legal Manager.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key functions of the position include:<\/strong><\/p>\n Provide general legal advice, including legal research. <\/p>\n Job Requirements<\/strong> Sound corporate and commercial legal knowledge. <\/p>\n
\nStructure and negotiate commercial transactions including project finance and cross-border financing transactions.
\nIdentify, evaluate and structure import and export finance transactions.
\nEnsure compliance with internal legal and other IDC procedures and policies.
\nIdentify and minimize potential legal risks.
\nDraft, review and negotiate financing agreements and other legal documentation.
\nMake presentations on legal and regulatory developments.
\nConducting legal due diligence investigations.
\nEnsure client satisfaction by providing speedy delivery of agreements and advice.
\nDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients, external legal counsel and other key stakeholders.
\nDevelop and maintain client and institutional relationships, locally and internationally.<\/p>\n
