Job Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n
Identifying trends in customer behavior through web analytics: creating hypothesis of how they can get more people to do what they want them to fast, by looking at how customers are currently behaving when visiting their website.<\/p>\n
Development and coordination of projects\/tests to validate hypothesis: after a hypotheses has been created, coming up with ideas\/tests how it can be validated. This means creating detailed project plan with actionable to do\u2019s for all stakeholders and than coordination of these projects to ensure integrity of results.<\/p>\n
Evaluation of test results: After the tests ran, analyzing the results of the test to whether the hypothesis was confirmed. If so, recommend actions to be taken to achieve desirable outcome and coordinate process implementation if necessary. If not come up with new tests\/hypothesis.<\/p>\n
Serve ad-hoc requests for data analysis from stakeholders across the company.<\/p>\n
Design and maintenance of weekly\/monthly KPI reporting across various operations departments.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Education and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n
A Honours or Masters Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) qualification in Logistics or Applied Mathematics would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to computer programming is advantageous.<\/p>\n
