Qualification(s) :
\n\u2022 B Degree in Information Systems<\/p>\n

Experience
\n\u2022 5 years\u2019 experience in Eskom Business and relevant system experience<\/p>\n

\no OS – AIX and MS Windows Enterprise Server experience
\no DB – Oracle Installation, upgrade and maintenance experience
\no Experience in an Enterprise System Support environment

\no System Configuration<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provides a consultative service to customers using specialist knowledge of system operations, and then correctly configures and customises the environment to implement solutions

\n\u2022 Responsible for the testing of solutions
\n\u2022 Provides User support for logged problems and information requests
\n\u2022 Perform technical troubleshooting and analysis<\/p>\n
