\nCandidates should hold a B degree or a 3 year tertiary qualification coupled with 1-2 years management
\nexperience; Knowledge of SASSA’s Constitutional mandate and relevant policies and legislation;
\nComputer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
\nThe incumbent will manage and ensure the effective rendering of recruitment services; Develop and
\nimplement recruitment policies; Provide advice on recruitment and selection; Manage and ensure
\neffective rendering of services on recruitment, remunerative work, acting allowances, lateral and cross
\ntransfers, secondments and awarding of higher notches; Provide leadership and manage resources in the
\nsection.<\/p>\n
