\nmanagement experience in Human Capital Management; Knowledge of Oracle and other HR system,
\npolicies and prescripts, computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.<\/p>\n
\nMaintenance, including business, budget and resource plan development\/implementation, as well as staff
\nmanagement \/ development; Research, develop, consult\/negotiate, manage, market\/communicate and
\nmonitor the implementation of human capital maintenance solutions in line with best practice, related to
\nremuneration, service benefits and conditions of service; Manage the implementation of salary and
\nservice conditions and benefits on the payroll; Manage the implementation of service termination,
\nincapacity and ill health procedure as well as leave arrangement; Provide management information and
\ndevelop various reports and solutions on trends; Manage tender and SLA to the Unit’s service offering;
\nDevelop\/implement strategies to ensure optimization of the Unit service delivery, resource utilization and
\nclient satisfaction index.<\/p>\nHow To Apply<\/h3>\n
