\nThe successful incumbent will be responsible for:
\n\u2022 cost effective service delivery at a Post Office Consumer Services branch
\n\u2022 delivery of high quality customer service at a Post Office Consumer Service branch
\n\u2022 the effective financial management of a Post Office Consumer Services branch
\n\u2022 the effective stock management at a Post Office Consumer Services branch
\n\u2022 effective workforce management of a Post Office Consumer Service branch
\n\u2022 for the efficient operational management of a Post Office Consumer Services branch
\n\u2022 Continuous learning and growth
\n\u2022 Contributing positively towards the local Community<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Diploma with Financial, Banking or Operational Management focus or NQF 5
\n\u2022 At least 4 years operational experience in a retail or financial environment of which at least 1 year on supervisory level.
\n\u2022 Level B driver\u2019s license will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Post Office specific system knowledge
\n\u2022 Knowledge of all relevant legislation (e.g. FICA, FAIS, PFMA, OHSA, etc.)
\n\u2022 Relevant operational knowledge
\n\u2022 Knowledge of stock and cash management
\n\u2022 Operational system knowledge (POS)
\n\u2022 Product knowledge\/customer services management
\n\u2022 Knowledge of internal policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Knowledge of staff and resource management
\n\u2022 Operational process and policies
\n\u2022 General knowledge of contracts and SLA\u2019s
\n\u2022 Knowledge of basic financial management
\n\u2022 Fulfil the terms of FAIS, any related legislation or regulation and any guidelines or regulations issued by the Financial
\nServices Board<\/p>\n
