\n\uf0d8 Assist in coordinating financial aspects
\n\uf0d8 Assist in coordinating all customer requests and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
\n\uf0d8 Assist in coordinating the facility management administration
\n\uf0d8 Assist in coordinating asset register per building
\n\uf0d8 Assist in coordinating the insurance claims<\/p>\n
\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
\n\uf0d8 Grade twelve (NQF Level 4)
\n\uf0d8 At least 5 years experience in Facilities; Property or Project Management or equivalent knowledge and skills
\n\uf0d8 Incumbent must have a valid code 8 drivers licence<\/p>\n
\n\uf0d8 Sound knowledge of property management
\n\uf0d8 Computer Literacy in Ms Word, Excel and Power Point
\n\uf0d8 Good understanding of SLA\u2019s and Management contracts
\n\uf0d8 Good financial and business acumen<\/p>\n
