Reporting to senior management.The incumbent will be responsible to fulfil the necessary functions listed below.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Job Functions <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update and maintain a visual management board that tracks all activities in line with the team\u2019s milestones and KPIs (Project Management).<\/li>\n<li>Capture and maintain leave .<\/li>\n<li>Absentee &amp; attendance data.<\/li>\n<li>Travel arrangement \u2013 Travel packs , Inbound &amp; outbound capture and local travel.<\/li>\n<li>Overtime control \u2013 all salaried staff. Capture and consolidate on excel<\/li>\n<li>Reallocation of labor to projects.<\/li>\n<li>Consumable ordering ie. Stationery, dry ration cards etc.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain administrative filing system daily.<\/li>\n<li>General office duties.<\/li>\n<li>SAP- Raising of requisitions and service entries.
