Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 4 years work experience (post qualification)<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy is essential<\/li>\n<li>Auto cad drawing<\/li>\n<li>Translate &amp; understanding of engineering drawings<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on CNC tooling<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in an machining manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<li>Welding &amp; fabrication<\/li>\n<li>Planning &amp; organising<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ISO standards &amp; systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Competencies <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and Organizing<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration \/ Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Quick decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job Title Principal Engineer TCP-(2 year contract)<\/h3>\n<p>Reporting To &#8211; Manager<br \/>\nNumber of Positions &#8211; 2<br \/>\nLocation &#8211; Country South Africa<br \/>\nLocation &#8211; Province KwaZulu-Natal<br \/>\nLocation &#8211; Town \/ City Durban<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong> The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Manager and fulfill necessary requirements within the department, to meet company objectives by:<br \/>\nPerforming the function of Project Leader.<br \/>\nTo obtain the best balance between customer needs and production complexity.<br \/>\nLocalization and development of components<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Job Functions <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part Development (Press).<\/li>\n<li>Line Development.<\/li>\n<li>Approval of Parts (PPAP\/SQAM)<\/li>\n<li>Project Management.<\/li>\n<li>Feasibility Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Read and interpret Engineering part drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Toyota Problem-solving techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining quality and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Generating Reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NQF6 (360 credits on the 8 level framework)<\/li>\n<li>National Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience (post qualification)<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc.
