\nMatric\u00a0<\/b>
\n1-2 years solid customer service experience,
\n1 year Call Centre experience in Telecommunications Industry an advantage
\nComputer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet),
\nExcellent written communication,
\nExcellent telephone etiquette<\/span><\/p>\n
