To assist with cargo sales and marketing in the region in a confident and presentable manner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience<\/b><\/li>\n<li>1. The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>2. Must hold a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>3. Computer literacy MS Office, Internet, email.<\/li>\n<li>4. Working knowledge of IVS will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>5. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<li>6. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients directly, via email and telephone.<\/li>\n<li>7. Bilingual<\/li>\n<li>8. Ability to lift at least 50 Kgs of cargo unassisted.<\/li>\n<li>9. Dangerous Goods Cat 6 will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>10. Cargo 1-2.<\/li>\n<li>11. AVI Course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Principal Accountabilities<\/b><br \/>\n1. Ensure that the acceptance of cargo from clients is handled in a smooth, accurate and efficient manner.<br \/>\n2. Generate air waybills and labels on the IVS system and ensure that all manual waybills are captured in IVS.<br \/>\n3. Ensure that cargo is checked in and\/or out of the warehouse through the IVS system for track and trace purposes.<br \/>\n4. Ensure that all cargo is manifested for outgoing flights, and pre-alerts sent to receiving branch<br \/>\n5. Ensure that out turn reports are sent to the origin branch after every flight.<br \/>\n6. Ensure that a IVS cash invoice is generated for cash clients<br \/>\n7. Ensure that customers are updated on the status of their cargo movement, either telephonically or via email.<br \/>\n8. Prepare a weekly Sales Report with all air waybill copies, invoices, proof of payment and deposit slips<br \/>\n9. To assist with cargo sales and marketing when required.<br \/>\n10. Ensure all filing is done daily in an easily identifiable system.<br \/>\n11. Ensure compliance with customs regulations<br \/>\n12. Ensure that all regulations regarding different cargo commodities, i.e. Courier, AVI, HUM, PER, VAL etc are complied with<br \/>\n13. All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards and Occupations Health and Safety Standards.<br \/>\n14.
