Candidates should hold a 3-year tertiary qualification coupled with 1-2 years supervisory experience in Social Security;<\/p>\n
Knowledge and experience of SOCPEN is required; Computer literacy and a valid driver\u2019s license are essential.<\/p>\n

The incumbent will administer the business process attached to Record Management Centre (MIS);<\/p>\n
Supervise and monitor the processing of loose correspondence and beneficiary files,<\/p>\n
Supervise and monitor the archiving and disposal of beneficiary files in line with the relevant legislation, monitor movement of beneficiary files; Supervise and monitor staff and evaluate their performance.<\/p>\n
